The ID3 Data Quality Service is fully integrated into the ID3 Benchmark module, bringing powerful capabilities for anomaly detection and monitoring within high-frequency sensor environments.
Integrated within the ID3 Benchmark, the ID3 Data Quality Service delivers fast, accurate insights into high-frequency sensor data, detecting anomalies before analysis begins. It operates both as a standalone tool and as part of a broader monitoring ecosystem.
The service combines two complementary methods:
- Univariate Analysis – Uses expert-defined, configurable rules to catch common issues like out-of-range values, sudden spikes, and flatlined sensors.
- AI-Based Analysis – Employs advanced Temporal Convolutional Networks (TCNs) to uncover complex, hidden anomalies by analyzing relationships across multiple sensors.
Together, these approaches provide a comprehensive, real-time solution for ensuring data integrity and optimizing sensor performance.
