ID3 Releases Benchmark V5.2 with Enhanced Performance Analytics and Data Quality
ID3 Benchmark V5.2 introduces new performance metrics, a dedicated data quality dashboard, and redesigned charts and filters to make drilling performance analysis faster and more effective. The release strengthens the ability to benchmark operations, validate data quality, and identify performance deviations earlier, providing teams with clearer and more actionable operational insights.
New Inconsistency and Enhanced Workover Dashboards
A key addition in V5.2 is the new Inconsistency Dashboard, which automatically validates DDR entries against high-frequency rig-state data and flags inconsistent reported hours. This provides an additional layer of data validation and increases confidence in operational analysis.
The Workover Dashboard has also been enhanced to provide comprehensive workover analytics using high-frequency data. For wells where only low-frequency data is available, Benchmark continues to generate essential KPIs, including tripping gross time, NPT, and flat time. Dashboard layouts can also be customized to client requirements, with new KPI cards and streamlined, decision-focused visualizations.
Expanded Performance and KPI Analytics
Benchmark V5.2 expands analytics across several key operational areas. Flat Time Analysis now includes improved stacked-bar visualizations, additional filters, and target and average reference lines, while Stand Analysis adds compliance percentages, benchmark lines, enhanced drilling, tripping, and casing visualizations, and stands per hour as a new selectable rate unit.
Tripping and casing analytics have also been extended with combined RIH/POOH speed, connection-time analysis, distribution charts, stand counts, and threshold filtering. Advanced NPT analytics introduce NPT classification, department-level distributions, and operational sequence ordering. Decision-focused KPI visualizations make trends and deviations easier to identify, while a latest-data timestamp across dashboards provides immediate visibility into data freshness.
