New Release: ID3 Benchmark V. 5.0
The updated ID3 Benchmark provides a more structured and user-friendly environment for fleet-level performance monitoring. With improved navigation, flexible dashboards, enhanced filtering, and integrated target management, it enables consistent benchmarking while maintaining alignment with the underlying ID3 analytical framework.
Consolidated Multi-Rig Performance Analysis
ID3 Benchmark is the module designed to consolidate information from multiple rigs into a single analytical environment. It combines real-time rig sensor data with reporting data (e.g., DDR), leveraging the rig state detection system to produce a unified time breakdown and a comprehensive set of KPIs.
While the Single Well Analysis allows users to follow well execution in detail - breaking down activity by rig state, DDR codes, Planned Time/NPT and calculating KPIs for any selected timeframe (hourly, daily, phase, BHA run, or custom selection via Time vs Depth graph) - the Multi Well Analysis extends this approach across the entire fleet.
The module provides a structured way to compare wells, rigs, and performance against historical data or company targets, maintaining consistency in KPI logic and operational breakdown.
Key Enhancements
The new release introduces an improved navigation experience with a redesigned homepage that simplifies well selection through card or list views, an interactive map, enhanced search and filtering options, bookmarks, and dark/light mode.
The Analytics section has been streamlined into Performance Essentials for standardized fleet-wide KPI monitoring and a User Performance Workspace for customizable and exportable dashboards. Interactions have been enhanced, allowing users to rearrange and resize charts, view them in full screen, export data, and access KPI descriptions directly within each view.
Advanced filters and dynamic dimensions now enable performance analysis by phase, equipment, formation, and other operational parameters. Targets can be visualized within specific charts with automatic variance calculations between actual and target values, and users can easily switch between company benchmark targets and user-defined targets. A dedicated Targets Management interface allows KPI targets to be defined directly within dashboards by phase and KPI.
The core data model remains unchanged, with this release focused on improving usability, flexibility, speed, and clarity in fleet-level benchmarking.
ID3 AI Assistant
This release introduces ID3 AI Assistant, an interactive AI copilot designed for in-depth drilling performance analysis. The conversational interface streamlines access to performance insights, reducing manual reporting and accelerating decision-making. It supports:
- Benchmark Analysis: Evaluate wells by rig type, field, country, well profile, or section; analyze ROP, NPT, ILT, connection times, and casing running; identify gaps and quantify deviations versus top-performing wells.
- Operational Analysis: Investigate NPT root causes, section drilling durations, flat time, connection efficiency, and plan vs. actual performance trends. Analysis can be applied to single wells, well groups, specific rigs, or live operations.
